What do we look for and how do we hire?

  • First and foremost we want hard working & honest people to represent the company — also people who are able to multi-task and take initiative.

  • MBB is seasonal and we look first at those who can work the entire season. April through September/October.

  • Must be at least 16 years old.

  • We are hiring employees for our daily Fruita location and for events.

  • If it looks like we will be a good match you will be sent a full application. All applications will be filed and referred back to.

This is our absolute favorite time of the year! Getting into the new season, meeting new faces that will be our fam for the summer, and getting our jam-packed schedule together.
